Business Review
We gather information from you using a data request checklist. You simply upload a series of documents to a shared folder. If anything is missing, we will create it. We carefully review your sales playbook, sales decks and proposal documents. We request access to your CRM, marketing tools, and recordings of recent sales calls - the good, the bad and the ugly. We interview your sales team, and take a look at your customer list and what they have bought from you. We then review and give you feedback on all of this information. Based on what we have discovered in the review phase, we make recommendations to you and your sales team about what you need to do in order to scale your business and win more business from your ideal customers.
Replace
The replace phase happens after your sales team is running smoothly, sales are flowing in, and we have delivered sales systems which are simple to run and manage. At this point you can easily bring in or promote someone to run your sales team. We will help you to prepare, interview, onboard, and handover to that person, and we are always available to continue supporting you in a non-exec, business growth advisory capacity as needed.
