How we think
What we look at, and why order matters.
Most revenue problems arrive as a symptom and a set of competing explanations. The work is deciding which explanation the evidence can support, and what to change first.
- 01
The symptom is not the cause.
Weak conversion, a stalled pipeline, and a busy team can each be produced by several different constraints. Naming the symptom is the start of the investigation, not the end of it.
- 02
Evidence before remedy.
The explanation that travels fastest through a company is rarely the one with the most support. We check what the data and the conversations can actually distinguish before recommending a change.
- 03
A priority without an owner is a preference.
Every recommendation needs a name against it, a measure that will show progress, and an agreed point at which the team would decide it is not working.

The revenue diagnostic takes a few minutes and does not require an account. It orders the areas worth investigating and lists the evidence that would clarify them.
